2. Account Registration

  • ✓ You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • ✓ You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • ✓ You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • ✓ One person may register only one account. Multiple accounts may result in suspension.
  • ✓ You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

3. Event Ticketing Services

3.1 Ticket Purchases
  • ✓ All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.
  • ✓ Ticket prices include base price, GST (18%), and payment gateway charges (2.5%).
  • ✓ You may purchase tickets for yourself or gift them to other registered members.
  • ✓ Each ticket is assigned a unique ticket number for entry verification.
3.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Reward Points: Use your Business World Reward Points for instant ticket purchase.
  • Razorpay Gateway: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and other payment methods.
3.3 Ticket Validity
  • ✓ Tickets are valid only for the specified event, date, time, and venue.
  • ✓ You must present your ticket (printed or digital) and a valid photo ID at the venue.
  • ✓ Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced or refunded.
  • ✓ Tickets are non-transferable without prior written consent from Business World.

4. Reward Points & Financial Terms

4.1 Reward Points
  • ✓ Your Reward Points can be used for event ticket purchases and other platform services.
  • ✓ Reward Points are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
  • ✓ Reward Points transactions are recorded and visible in your transaction history.
4.2 Refunds & Cancellations
  • ✓ Refunds are processed only if an event is cancelled by the organizer.
  • ✓ Refund processing may take 7-14 business days.
  • ✓ Payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
  • ✓ We reserve the right to cancel any transaction suspected of fraud.

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • ✗ Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • ✗ Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform.
  • ✗ Create fake accounts or impersonate others.
  • ✗ Share your account credentials with third parties.
  • ✗ Engage in fraudulent ticket purchases or chargebacks.
  • ✗ Spam, harass, or abuse other users or staff.

6. Event Organizer Responsibilities

  • ✓ Business World is a platform provider and not responsible for event content, quality, or execution.
  • ✓ Event organizers are solely responsible for event arrangements, safety, and compliance with local laws.
  • ✓ We are not liable for event cancellations, changes, or any incidents at events.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

  • ✓ Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • ✓ We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information.
  • ✓ By using our platform, you consent to data collection for service delivery and improvement.

8. Intellectual Property

  • ✓ All content, logos, designs, and trademarks on Business World are our property.
  • ✓ You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
  • ✓ Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

Business World shall not be liable for:

  • ✗ Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • ✗ Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
  • ✗ Events beyond our control (force majeure).
